RE/MAX is taking action to minimise their climate impact
The RE/MAX Story
Distinguished by the breadth and reach of its global expertise, RE/MAX Regency is the premiere property agency serving the Gold Coast and also covering the Scenic Rim right through to Rathdowney and Jimboomba. An intimate knowledge of the residential market, paired with a rare insight and intelligence in building and construction, sets RE/MAX Regency apart. Their dedicated agents exhibit outstanding commitment to forging strong relationships with their clients. Enhanced by superior performance, trust, and confidence, RE/MAX Regency is as unique as the homes they sell.
Established in 2008, RE/MAX Regency has grown into one of the most successful RE/MAX offices in Australia, consistently placing in the top 5 RE/MAX agencies for Australia and New Zealand. These results have come from the dedicated efforts of our dynamic team who live the ‘customer is king’ philosophy and are not willing to compromise on their integrity or professional service.
RE/MAX Regency as an agency at the forefront recognises that doing business impacts the environment by taking steps to understand its own carbon footprint and is continuing to look at ways to minimise its climate impact, one initiative is to be 100% paperless by 2030. Currently, all bills/invoices and contracts use cloud and application technology for streamlining document signing and storage, removing the need for printed sales documentation and leasing contracts. In addition to this RE/MAX also run a recycling program, where it separates all materials reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfill.
As part of our sustainability goals, we aim to continue to educate ourselves and our clients with greener alternatives for their homes and promote energy conservation, in part offering clients options to also be involved by taking climate action through the use of carbon offsets for the sale of their homes.
We decided to partner with Carbonhalo as a brand doing wonderful things for the environment (including the bonus tree planting) and making the process painless and easy for us to do our part. Nature is where it’s at and our office is full of plant lovers with some desks being more like jungles the more trees the better.
